The South Luangwa is a National Park in Zambia in the provinces of Northern. The park was established on 01.01.1972 and covers an area of 9.05 km². The South Luangwa is a Big Five reserve and offers the possibility of self-drive safaris.
Zambia's most visited park is located in the east of the country and is the southernmost of three national parks in the Luangwa River Valley. The area is the tourist focus of Zambia.
