Nice water block just by the restaurant. Saw elephants, impalas, guinea fowl, antelopes etc etc Vulture feeding at 1 pm daily Monkeys jumping around (cunning guys😂) Great service, great food BUT I believe they need to work on their internet especially in the rooms far away from the reception.

We had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. The lodge is rated 4 star but their service exceeds 5 star! The staff are so friendly, v welcoming and very accommodating. We stayed in the Waterhole suite which was fully equipped with everything you needed. I recommend checking with reception at check in the cost to upgrade your room we did not find it expensive at all. Vulture feeding happens at 1pm every day definitely try and join this. Boma dinner was great too definitely a must do but get there early or you will miss the whole show. Thank you to all the staff and management at VFSL for your impeccable hospitality! We will be back!

The sunset-facing 72-room Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, which boasts endless views of pristine wilderness stretching to the horizon, including a waterhole frequented by elephant, buffalo, kudu and more, has been voted the Best Safari Lodge/Resort Hotel in Zimbabwe for 25 years by the Association of Zimbabwe Travel Agents.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a base for our Vic Falls adventures and it was beyond amazing! Our suite that we had booked for us by Mavros Safaris blew our minds and was definitely one of the coolest rooms we have stayed in. The attention to detail and personal attention to detail from all the staff, especially Joeorn (sorry I think I spelt that very wrong) my partner and I were lucky enough to actually get engaged on our balcony overlooking the waterhole whilst we were there and it was gorgeously perfect with elephants and the sunset in the back. It would be good if breakfast started a little earlier as It could be a bit chaotic with breakfast only opening at 6:45 and people leaving for tours at the same time meaning they were either late for the tour or missed out on breakfast and often the service would be quite slow and a few times we didn’t get brought our coffees etc. Highly recommend though!

The place is awesome. We enjoyed our stay and the nature as well as Game was awe inspiring. The staff were very good. A place I will always come back to.

The most disturbing and reckless service and assistance ever experienced. They refused to drive me and my 5yo to the room with him having an heatstroke because the service was reserved for the hotel guests (we are staying at the twin hotel btw). It was 40 degree outside. All they did was offering a car which after 20 mins in the heat didnt show up. Definitely not child friendly. Avoid at all cost.

This place was one of the highlights of our trip! It was classy, impeccable, comfortable and made us feel very special being a part of it for three nights. The afternoon tea with sweets and the sundowners with appetizers on the sprawling veranda were something we looked forward to. The private pool was a tranquil retreat. The staff were so professional, yet friendly and inviting. This place deserves more than a 10/10 score! We’ll remember it forever…

Stayed there for two nights and loved it! The dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent. There’s this Boma dinner extravaganza thing, it just was not our thing but might be for you. Our room was luxurious, well appointed and lovely. Highly recommended!!
