We only spent one night here, regrettably! It's a wonderful gem with 5 star hosts. Susan welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Lovely room, delicious food and the variety of animals one can see just a few meters away, is breathtaking. We will definitely stay longer next time.

Perfect campsite. 6 sites each with their own seating area under a roof with a basin and power points. The ablutions are spotless and hot water is plenty. The owners are simply fantastic. I'm a zero fat vegan and you won't believe the fantastic food they made for me. There is a feeding area for the wild animals, which also walk through the camp. Excellent place to stay.

Uitkyk Guest Farm for sure is the hidden "Jewel of Usakos" with a farm-like atmosphere. It is well located with great views over the landscape, with stunning sunrises over the Erongo mountains. The reception upon arrival is like arriving at a family home, warm and happy, while departures are like leaving a family home. The rooms are safe, neat, fresh, comfortable and well equipped. The parking area are in a fenced off area and safe. The nearby swimming pool is well located under shady trees with a great view over the landscape and roaming wild and farm animals. The catering is well balanced and outstanding with plenty to eat and to drink. The highlights of the evenings is to, while having a "family" dinner in the Bar area, watch a variety of wild animals coming up the hill for their evening treats, some are even hand fed at the fence. This for sure is a great experience for the kids and even grownups. Thanks Susan, Hannes and Staff for making and keeping this all available and pleasant to enjoy. You guys are great, we will soon be back for our 3rd visit.

It was like visiting family, we felt welcome and at home from the moment we walked in. The hosts are amazing people, the rooms are neat, clean and spacious and the food was great, Tannie Susan always making sure there is something to snack inbetween and always making sure you have everything you need. Then, the veiw, nature and wildlife is something to come see and experience yourself as words and photos would never do it justice. Will definitely visit again and again.

The room was extremely neat and comfortable. The food was delicious! Real homemade food! From the heart! The views and wildlife that Uitkyk has to offer just made everything so much more spectacular! Uitkyk is honestly one of Namibias best hidden Gems! Thank you so much for an absolutely beautiful experience! ❤️ We cannot wait to visit again!

A great farm with many animals that are doing absolutely great and you don't have the feeling of being in a zoo. The rooms are well equipped, the service is always friendly and courteous and the food is really great. The highlight is of course the feeding of the wild animals in the evening, where you can comfortably watch the animals with a draft beer

Uitkyk Guest Farm more than met expectations. This beautiful family run guest farm was amazing. Stayed with friends in March 2023 and we had a wonderful time. The host family were warm and friendly. The meals were exquisite… a mixture of braii and home cooked meals and desserts, and plenty of it. You are not allowed to take your own drinks but don’t let that put you off, the bar area was great and drinks were very cheap. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with air con, fridge and walk in shower. The pool outside was great and my husband, friends and I had such a fab time splashing about and having a laugh. The absolutely best bit about this guest farm though is the very close proximity to the animals. Kudu, springbok, giraffes, zebra and many others I won’t mention all came very close to the fence. As the owner, Susan, said ‘You don’t need a safari ride, just sit here and you will see them all’. Watch out for the cheeky ostrich! Thank you Susan and family, for such a memorable and amazing experience We will definitely be returning when we next visit Namibia Lots of love Deena & Mickey London, UK
