The Starling

An unforgettable experience, I keep going back there. The accomodation is prestine and we'll maintained in one of the serene places along the west coast. Spacious family vacation "home". Immaculate and spacious which can accommodate 2 small families or just hangout with friends or larger family groups. Spectacular views from the balcony and within walking distance from the beach and play park. Safe for the kids to explore. The self catering home has a open plan spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would need. You'll always be part of the conversation while preparing food whether the crowd is in the lounge, dining , balcony or Braai area. Plenty of cupboard space in the rooms and kitchen for storage. Lovely fireplace to cozy up to in Winter. Shops and restaurants within les than 10km radius. It's a home away from home. If you are looking for peace and tranquility. The starling is the place to be at!

I must say that this is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful and tidy. My favorite place is the braai spot overlooking the beautiful Shelley Beach. Nothing beats the tranquility the place offers and true beautiful scenery. I will definitely be going back.

Such a friendly and open feeling home. I enjoyed the sunsets from the entertainment area so much. Every evening was perfect. Safe and quiet area super close to the hotel.

Great place for a breakaway. This place has a beautiful view with all the amenities. I will definitely be returning there.

Id give the starling an extra star if i could. I absolutely love the rooms, it's spotless has a lot of light and enough packing space for the slightly longer stays. The main bedroom is nothing short of beautiful, whilst Taking a bath you are able to overlook the sea with calming waves....just a breathtaking view with The nearest beach being just 3mins away. It is very cozy, the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family, also very well equipt. The little antelopes also make their appearance around the estate every now and then making you feel even closer to nature.
