Very bad service and bad communication they spoilt my birthday plans this spa.iv bin to many SPA lodges and it's a first time I receive such low class service wit bad communication to top it with.......

I stayed 3 nights with a friend. The service was great from the we enquired about the bookings to the time we actually checked in. The guy was very friendly and efficient. Our room was well kept and we had everything they promised us.... electric blanket, heater, microwave, fridge and stuff. We felt at home and would definitely go there the next time we are in bloem. Keep up the great service🙏

Me and my entire team stayed at the lodge fo weekend during an event we held in bloemfontein. The staff were friendly and catered to our every need. The rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed after a long day.

Terrible!!! 😞 pls don’t book!!!! Dirty, not maintained and creepy!

1. 2. First day sheets was dirty, Shower is nice but the water is all over the house place . The blinds were not fully closed,I felt like there is no privacy on that room. . Unfair behavior, I’ve booked jaccuzi for 2. N the lady said it can be Saturday @ 12:00 nd checked out that day. I explained to her that we have to drive back home. She said 12 is the only time that they have. We stayed around and 12:00 we went back to the lodge and I found the receptionist with 2 people. They tell me that they have booked another 2 people for spa on the same time they will speak to the couple i can wait outside they will tell after 5 minutes then I went outside like she told me. After 5 minutes I went inside because she never returned to me like she said. I found no one at the reception.my husband even asked is the lady running away now because I was just standing there without anyone assist me he kept on looking at the time because we have to drive back. After few minutes the other lady passed and she asked if were assisted i explained everything to her and she said I can check reply on WhatsApp and they said they will have to move mine to 13:00. We couldn’t wait anymore because it was late and to think what if they made a mistake again Unfair treatment.unfair behavior they couldn’t face me anymore that’s why they replied on WhatsApp.

The booking was excellent with receptionist. Room was neat and lovely. The Spa, WOW, AMAZING. You must make use of the messages! Thank you for a great service, you guys are top notch...from Etienne and Thelma Beukes. For our 20th Anniversary
