Perfect accommodation. I was just unfortunate that they reported a missing towel after my visit. otherwise they are more than good.

Nice and clean lovely chalets.only spent one night but very comfortable chalet got everything one needs only thing that would be nicer is to have bigger towels.but eveything else perfect.very well maintained .so relaxing and quite.Enjoyed our evening there.

Great rooms very clean, good location and easy to find. I can sleep there again. We slept there on the 17th of May just one night.

The WiFi connection is very poor and unstable, especially in Room 5. If you need it for work or leisure, you will be frustrated. After room service, they leave the windows wide open which exposes your property to theft and also reptiles and birds coming into the room this happened during my stay where I found a small lizard in the bathroom wall. The used towels I left on the floor were not changed but simply hung back up in the rails??. The housekeeping was not that thorough when cleaning my room. I found stains on the sink that were there in the morning before I left. The parking lot is not a covered parking lot, for me it counts especially during g inclement weather. Would I go back again? Not sure at this point, I feel like the service is not taken seriously and they don't really check what is working and what is not. If I happen to go back, I will give an update. For now, the place is not competitive enough to entice my interest.

No hot water 70% of the time because there's 1 geyser shared by 5 rooms. No aircon and the WiFi is awful
