Went for the sunset game drive and it was lovely! The views and scenery were amazing.

Fantastic place and perfect for a working retreat. I was there with a medium size group and really appreciated the professionalism of the staff, the venue, the quality of the food and the service. Thank you again for having us.

Service is crap waitrons don't help i sat and waited for food and to be served but no one came to even ask if i'm ok.

Nice place, bit difficult to reach, especially diring the night. Food was good, and services excellent.

Room was not cleaned once during my stay. Breakfast so basic with no variety. The only nice thing was the view.

Attending a wedding at River Crossing Lodge was an experience filled with mixed emotions. The venue itself exudes charm and offers a picturesque setting for celebrations, which undoubtedly added to the special ambiance of the event. However, the otherwise lovely atmosphere was marred by an unfortunate encounter with an extremely rude lady behind the bar. Her demeanor was off-putting and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the occasion. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that there weren't enough wine glasses available to adequately serve all the guests, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Another aspect that fell short of expectations was the choice of snacks provided. The steak roulade offered was not only overly large for a snack but also disappointingly chewy, making it difficult to enjoy as intended. While the venue itself holds promise for memorable events, these instances of poor service and mismatched offerings detracted from what could have been a flawless experience. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed in the future to ensure that all guests can fully enjoy the festivities without any unnecessary hiccups.
