Poor service, I didn’t sleep there. They seem not caring about the customers

Horrible place, I called asking if this was a Guesthouse and if they have family rooms available, as I was traveling with my family, the youngest child being 5 months. I paid everything upfront for convenient's sake. To my horror, upon arrival, the place was a contractor accommodation hostel. People were just drinking beer allover, what I was shown as a family room was beyond insult, dirty as you'll expect from a typical hostel setup. When requesting refund, as this was not at all a family accommodating environment I requested, the poor receptionist couldn't help, and the facial expression was telling a different story. I was provided with an alternative contact number of the owner, since he was not answering my calls. After trying the alternative number, it went unanswered also. Reality had to sink in, that my money was gone, and I had to wonder around Polokwane with my family, looking for a place to lodge. I'd advise anyone who landed here looking for a guesthouse, rather find the comfort of sleeping in your car, if there's no other means. No one deserve to pay their hard earned money hoping to lodge there. Scam 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very affordable. Old school furniture. Is just okay not so fascinating... self catering lodge, service is poor. You're own your own. It was a blunder to assign me a room with no "Acon/Fan" in with the hot sun and Mosquitoes, this experience alone made me miss back home. Been here twice nothing has improved. Probably my last.

The swimming pool was nice and clean, but the overall state of the lodge is not as in online photos. The bar is non-existent, the patio was closed, full of dust and cobwebs, and the kitchen looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The tables outside have been eaten rotten by termites. With the summer coming, management should really have a walk through and maintain the place.

This place is the worst!..For anyone thinking of booking please don't you'll regret.....I was there last night I couldn't even sleep I had a very bad skin reaction because of their filthy stuff, everything is dirty starting from blankets they smell very bad.....the service is bad...don't ever think of going there please!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES.

The place was filthy,from the bathroom to the kitchen,we had to leave early in the morning because we couldn't take it.Worst experience ever👎👎👎👎👎👎

received a warm welcome from the stuff, the service was excellent, the food was good and the stuff was friendly also they have good communication skills
