The professionalism & warmth of hospitality from the staff was exceptional. The location is exactly as 'off the beaten track' as you would hope it to be, and the story behind how the property was developed, with its history paid homage to was truly heartwarming & inspiring. I will definately be back to find peace & quiet in the beautiful Free State again - the perfect spot to become one with nature once more!

What a place! Feels so disconnected from the world and its problems! Truly a place to relax and find yourself in the beautiful Free State setting!

As part of our walk to Johannesburg, we stayed in this farmhouse. The house is huge and very well maintained. The verandah is also large with a built in braai and fireplace. Definitely will be back.?

There is no place like this In the world.... Peace, joy tranquility, fresh air and night stars. Solitude on a farm where you are surrounded nothing but rolling green hills. This will remain to be a magnificent life changing experience. I loved every minute of it and will never forget the walk to the Waterfall and how hard it rained while we were sitting in front of the fire place.

Place was located in beautiful area and it is a peaceful place for a getaway. The crockery wasn't rinsed before we arrived and found quite a couple of dead bugs on plates. Was only supplied with one finish block in order to use the dishwasher, and we were 7 people for 3 days.... Don't waste your money going to the spa. Rather go for a walk to the waterfall.
