We had the whole place to ourselves for a few days in the off-season. It is a nice & safe place to stay with friendly and attentive staff.

Excellent location, just a 5 m8n walk from the wine tram. Luxurious accommodation. Thoughtful attention to details. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our arrival time. Roadworks created some noise but small price to pay for the convenience of the location

Terrible noise, really loud pub opposite, high volume of traffic noise, no sound proofing to help, aircon faulty and noisy. Staff were nice, but no refund by the owners when it’s so noisy was unacceptable. DO NOT STAY THERE. This review thing is unreliable, how can there only be 4 &5 reviews??? Warning the converted garage is certainly not luxury 4 star apartment as misleading advertised.

Beautiful serviced luxury apartments

We stayed here in December and loved it! The location is amazing, being on the main road, it is walking distance to the restaturants and the wine tram ticket office. We stayed in the La Cotte suite. Good kitchenette, has everything you need to make meals. Good lounge area and bedroom, neat linen. Bathroom is a bit small, shower is in the bath. Bread/croissants were delivered to us everyday at 9am. Was lovely to get fresh bread but by the last day I was a bit tired of making my own breakfast. The fridge is fully stocked with milk, fruits (which I loved), cheese, eggs and condiments. There is also cereal and coffee/tea. Being on the main road, it does get a bit noisy with the cars driving past. The manager - Augusta is lovely and helpful. There is onsite parking. Overall a nice place to stay at if you want to use the wine tram.
