I had a truly lovely stay at 464 on 22nd Avenue. Alet was incredibly accommodating and caring, always making sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and the attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and pleasant stay!

Exceptional service. Breakfast was great, rooms clean and affordable. Host's were absolutely wonderful. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for cosy, comfortable and friendly accommodation in Pretoria.

Very comfortable unit... beds with super clean white linen! Beautiful decor. An "out of this world"- breakfasts. Most friendly host owners. And security wise, we felt very safe!

Stayed over with my Husband and Son(6). Lovely place and the hosts Alet and her hubby were wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be going back.
