Victoria Falls Safari Suites

The most disturbing and reckless service and assistance ever experienced. They refused to drive me and my 5yo to the room with him having an heatstroke because the service was reserved for the hotel guests (we are staying at the twin hotel btw). It was 40 degree outside. All they did was offering a car which after 20 mins in the heat didnt show up. Definitely not child friendly. Avoid at all cost.

This place was one of the highlights of our trip! It was classy, impeccable, comfortable and made us feel very special being a part of it for three nights. The afternoon tea with sweets and the sundowners with appetizers on the sprawling veranda were something we looked forward to. The private pool was a tranquil retreat. The staff were so professional, yet friendly and inviting. This place deserves more than a 10/10 score! We’ll remember it forever…

Stayed there for two nights and loved it! The dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent. There’s this Boma dinner extravaganza thing, it just was not our thing but might be for you. Our room was luxurious, well appointed and lovely. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely beautiful place, amazing staff, and excellent food. Very safe venue and country. People are kind and very helpful.

The sunset is one of the best…. Magical. The staff, especially Darlington was very helpful and supportive. We had some issues with our Botswana visa and he made phone calls and helped us communicate with the local authorities. River cruise was also fun. The drum show was also a lot of fun.

We spent two nights here and absolutely love the place! The rooms were fabulous, the food was outstanding, and the staff was so kind and helpful. This is a much recommended place if you're going to be in Victoria Falls.

What a beautiful place! Our room has a balcony facing the watering hole!! Beautiful view from the dining area. The food was delicious, but dinners took over 2 hours to be served, that was the only downfall. It's so close to Victoria Falls which was wonderful! The staff was very friendly & kind. Like I said, the only setback was the time it took to get our dinners. Breakfast was buffet style so that was a plus! We were serenaded every night at dinner & they all had beautiful voices! Every day at I think 1 PM (please double check) they feed the vultures, that is really something to see ! It's a beautiful place for sure! We were there in June so there weren't any mosquitoes or flies!

It's beautiful, it has excellent services, rooms are really good, the views are amazing the sunset is spectacular . It's like a dream to be here. And it's really near Victoria Falls.
