I recently stayed here for 2 nights. I would highly recommend this venue for a getaway. Its a luxurious stay with all the amenities you would need. I had a private heated pool which was amazing. I think the service on this estate in all areas were top class. From Tessa, Lucinda, Amy, the gentlemen who brought me room service, Owen, Thelma and the rest of the wait staff at Geuwels - everyone is super friendly and accomdating and nothing felt like it was too much to request. The room was super comfortable and gorgous. Geuwels makes exquisite food! Thanks to all for the wonderful stay!

Best conference venue for smaller meetings in Cape Town. Afforrdable with great service.

My husband and I have spent these last two nights at the Hotel. Although we were very much forced to stay in our delightful room, it was a pleasure spending a quiet day indoors. The room is well designed and very comfortable, it offers all the modern amenities which makes a stay enjoyable. We celebrated his 70th birthday in the Clara's restaurant last night - this was a culinary delight from the moment we entered the magnificent restaurant. All kudos to the chefs - the food was outstanding. We enjoyed the South African flavours which lingered in our palettes for a while after each course. My personal favourite was the Maltabela based dessert - it was a sensational dessert. Thank you to all the staff - you are all stars!!!!! I attach a little watercolour sketch I created of the lone tree outside our room.

Congratulations to Tina, Angelo and Kalu!!! They’ve been able to create one of the first-class places to stay in Africa in a short period of few months. All the hospitality and professionalism their guests were used to in the old place is now here at the Vergenoegd Löw Boutique Hotel & Spa. You can choose from the different styles of suites, world-class fine dining options at Clara’s Barn, very well-organized wine tastings and lovely spa. I’m sure all Boutique Hotels lovers can easily find their own paradise spot at the Estate.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay! The staff is very attentive, friendly & goes the extra mile. The rooms are very big, the private jacuzzi is clean & inviting. Breakfast is very tasty and with a lot of options. The highlight for us was the spa where we had massages. The ladies there did enjoy exceptional service! Thank you!

We ate at Bertus Bassons new restaurant. Delicious. A little out of the way, and not ideal for driving at night with not lights on Bayden Powel back to Stellenbosch.

Place is very nice and clean I love my stayed there management is very helpful and friendly.i would love going back there
