Thirty On Grace

Thirty on Grace was a magnificent experience.Ros was a superb host & her attention to us as guests couldnt have been better.We were a family group of 4 each with our own rooms.The rooms were beautifully designed & there is attention to detail of the highest international standards.The breakfast was a real treat every morning - also the morning welcome we received from Ros really made our day. It was a wonderful experience way beyond our expectations.We will be returning & highly recommend Thirty on Grace for the discerning traveller looking for an outstanding home away from home with ambience,service,quality of rooms and facilities comparable with any top international guest house. Thanks Ros for a wonderful holiday experience for myself & family.

If one returns to the same accomodation a third time in 5 years, then it speaks of continued excellence and friendly hospitality from the hostess, Ros. We had a family reunion in Cape Town. A great venue/accomodation as we all had our separate 4 rooms. Safe and secure neighbourhood. Hostess allowed us to use her lounge as a meeting place for our family and friends. No need to look further with future visits to the most remarkable city in the world.

I spent 4 nights at this fantastic upmarket B&B. The location for me was great and so convenient to my office and Cavendish shopping centre. Ros was a real gem and made the most amazing breakfast. Five stars on all fronts. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful night we spent at Thirty on Grace last week. Sadly we had only one night to stay at this oasis in Claremont, Cape Town, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location is ideal and is a quick 20-minute drive from the airport. The entrance/lounge area is open plan and welcoming. The rooms are well-appointed, clean and tastefully decorated. The sheets are of a high thread count and the mattress was firm and very comfortable. The views from the upper rooms are spectacular. Our room had a little courtyard which was secure, so we could leave the door open and hear the rain-something we had missed in the last 6 months of dry Johannesburg weather! Ros is an excellent hostess with a cheery demeanour and efficient style. The breakfast was delicious and even included a surprise blueberry smoothie, so our anti-oxidants levels are up to scratch! I would recommend Thirty on Grace for a business or holiday stay.

We had a lovely stay at 30 on Grace. It is a beautiful house and garden in quiet street, our room was lovely as well with stunning views of the mountain from our balcony. Ros is a great host, breakfast was delicious every morning and we also had safe parking inside garage. It will definitely be our preferred stay in CT on future visits.

Very comfortable and beautiful guesthouse that feels like a home away from home. Ros is a generous and attentive host. My favourite place to stay in Cape Town.

The guesthouse is beautifully appointed with a relaxed and homely atmosphere. Ros and Lucia made me feel immediately welcome and their hospitality exceptional. The rooms all have a private outdoor area which gives you the choice to keep to yourself without feeling confined into a bedroom or socialise with other guests if so desired. The indigenous garden and pool area a wonderful landscape against the mountain backdrop. The neighbourhood is leafy and the guesthouse is in walking distance to shops and Kingsbury hospital precinct. I will definitely stay here again next visit to Cape Town.
