The Art House Victoria Falls

The most stunning and tranquil house you could find right in the heart of Victoria Falls with every attraction just a stones throw away. Sara did not leave us wanting for anything and the service from the staff was absolutely spot on. If you’re looking for a house set amongst the most beautiful garden and with so much character then this is the place for you!

What a wonderful house ! We had the best time here with our family. A lot of space and the staff were just wonderful. The owner made us feel at home and were just lovely. Highly recommend the art house.

This place is an oasis!! The house, garden and swimming pool are beautiful and you feel completely at home in total privacy. Its near enough town to easily walk, and come back to a real sanctuary. I particularly loved the homey feeling of sitting around the kitchen table chatting, and yoga sessions on the veranda at sunrise, surrounded by lush foliage, and with the sound of the birds and the falls. Sara is an incredible host, she is welcoming, discreet and has all information you might need at her fingertips. Finally, the house is so full of art that you can enjoy a private exhibition of Larry Norton's work at home. I always come back!!

My two kids and I drove up to Vic Falls from Hermanus and after 3 days of driving arrived a very warm welcome from our host Sara. The first thing we were in awe of was the incredible garden, a vibrant green haven for the kids, with the most incredible trees and a gorgeous pool for them to swim in (where they lived during our stay). The next was how we felt like we had a home away from home. The house has everything you need and is very well located. Sara is an incredible host, so welcoming and accommodating and the staff were wonderful too - she even offered yoga classes on the lawn at sunrise! If you are looking for a place to stay that has heart and soul, look no further.

The Art House is truly a hidden gem! I stayed in December 2022, since the other hotels I typically stayed at were either booked or too expensive. I was very fortunate, since the quality/price of the Art House was much better compared to the other places than the other places I've stayed in Vic Falls. The house is stunning with a very personal touch to make you feel at home. It's located in a residential area that's close enough to town. The pool was perfect to cool off during the day and the host was very hospitable. I strongly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

We stayed at Sara’s through a friend’s recommendation, and what a treat!!! The space is just gorgeous! The garden is beautiful, the pool is perfect, the staff are friendly and attentive, the location is amazing. Just a beautiful space for a beautiful trip to Vic Falls.

I highly recommend the Art House for families or friends when visiting Vic Falls. The house is very spacious as is the beautiful garden. We spent most of the time on the veranda and in the pool. Our host booked all our activities and restaurants for us. It really was a home away from home.

Most incredible place to stay. An oasis that is very central to town, the Falls and activities! Lovely linen, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms! Sara is a wonderful host as well! Definitely will be back! ?
