We had a lovely experience. Food was delicious and ready within 10 minutes after placing our order. Kids had fun on the playground. It was a good halfway stop on our trip

This was very dissapointing. The service and management was terrible. R1900 just to sleep over. No Wifi No TV No Milk . We came at 21h00 pm and left 4h30 am. They still charged full price without having the basic facilities !!!!!!!! Sorry to say but I do not recommend this acommodation to stay at. We stayed in Knysna for R1620 for 2 people sharing they had a fridge tea coffee milk TV wifi self catering clean friendly fresh and management. Thanda Tau thinks they have it all but I will never recommend them to anyone !!!!!!

Stopped by for breakfast during our journey. Location and shop has a lovely ambience. Beautiful garden with great playa area. No signage or information about viewing the wild animals. Resturant was very disappointing. Food was not great. Waiters were very inexperienced and unattentive. Not much veg options and not halal friendly or even halal conscious. No hot chocolate, Coffee came warm, Milo was terrible. Cutlery came after food after asking two waiters.. Not a great experience this time.

Along with other amenities like WiFi and TVs in each room, the lodging offers a stunning view of the outdoors. However, because of their poor quality meals, I advise that you bring your own meals, or dine at the restaurant nearby. In addition, the hospitality services are poor, they could use some improvements.

It is sad to see that a place formally thriving for excellence, dive so far into mediocrity. No manager visible. Toilets dirty. No toilet paper, no soap. Quick shop with 1 cashier on a busy Sunday afternoon. Do not invest money in a place and then get cheap lazy management to look after your place.

Thank you for making my birthday very special on the 30th August 2024. Everything was so special. Everybody enjoyed it. Thank you for working with my sister to make it an exceptional day. Being friendly, helpfull and kind goes a long way. We will visit again. Kind regards. S du Preez

The facilties are great. This is a sad example of how poor management destroys business. Service delivery and quality of food at the restaurant was dismal. It is a beautiful spot though.

Stopped for breakfast, took an hour to recieve it, staff seems clueless as to what restaurant offers. Substituted missing elements of the breakfast without informing us first. Worst place to stop if you are traveling and want something satisfying to eat with good service. Definitely don't stop here. Toilets are atrocious.
