Peaceful garden cottage

Peaceful Garden Cottage offers a relaxing stay in a quiet neighbourhood in Kakamas. The property is ideally situated 38 km from Augrabies Falls National Park and 59 km from Riemvasmaak Hot Springs, and the area offers various activities and attractions for guests to visit while staying at the cottage. 

Situated in the gardens on the host's property, the open-plan cottage is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The air-conditioned unit has a kitchenette with a bar fridge, an air fryer, a braai pan, a microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a Nespresso machine, and other appliances. A TV with Netflix is in the unit.

Guests can cool down in the swimming pool on hot days or relax in the garden next to the Koi pond. In the mornings, guests can wake up to the crowing of the resident rooster. The cottage is fenced, should guests not want to interact with the owner’s friendly dogs.

The area offers various activities such as mountain biking and 4x4 trails, as well as attractions such as the Obelisk, the hydroelectric power station, operating waterwheels, the German War Graves, and more.
