What an absolute gem in Richmond in the Karoo. Beautifully decorated, interior and exterior. Rooms were comfortable and cozy. We had a wonder dinner and breakfast the next morning. The friendly staff and overall look and feel of Kliphuijs makes this a must to experience on your way trough the Karoo. Our dogs were so happy to see that there were other doggy friends also traveling with their parents. You cannot make a mistake to book here. Highly recommended by us.

What a beautiful guest house! So tastefully decorated - very comfortable bed - amazing food. Would definitely return as the halfway stop between Capetown and Joburg.

What an amazing place. We could not decide on Hanover luxury Hotel or Kliphuijs....both blew us away.....Kliphuijs just superb.....excellent in every way....Rika spoiled is with a stunning meal on the stoep. A must....just go.....big applaus for the owner who has a this place and Hanover place and DeAar place......we will be back for sure
