Hotel Pension Palmquell

I was paying about 40 dollars a night. Great value! The rooms are big and clean, beds comfy. Everything, including Wi-fi, hot shower, safe, etc, worked perfectly well. I never had any issues with anything in the room. The free breakfast was perfectly adequate for what I was paying for the room. Again, I have had breakfasts with more variety, but I was paying a lot more for the room. There is no gym. The location is in a good neighborhood. 3 minute walk (or very short taxi ride) to a shopping center, including a big supermarket (Checkers).

Very well located. My room was very comfortable and big....my stay was very pleasant. The garden is so beautiful and tranquil. James was a very good host.

Well run. Decent breakfast

The staff is friendly and the grounds are in a good condition. Good security with A guard at the gate at night time. Breakfast only starts at 7:00. Rooms are spacious with a bathroom that has a basin and shower. This is a quest house (b&b) not a hotel. So dont exept room service etc.

Room 18 is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and bedding is very clean. Staff is awesome. However, we had no TV in our room and the room is outdated. New floor tiles would make a huge difference and painting the ceilings white would make it brighter as it's, a very dark room. Had to ask for an extra towel as we were two people and no teaspoons to make a morning cuppa...
