Eden Rock Forest Estate was an absolute dream getaway! The surroundings were stunning, with lush greenery, fresh air, and a sense of peace that made it feel like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay comfortable and memorable. Resa went above and beyond, arranging everything we needed with such care and attention. Her assistance made the experience seamless, and it was clear she genuinely cared about us enjoying every moment of our time there. Thank you so much for such an unforgettable stay! We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit to Eden Rock Forest Estate.

Amazing place! Brightness was our housekeeper and she made our stay all the more bright!! She was sweet and very good at leaving the home beautiful and clean every day.

What a stunning estate, with beautifully designed up-market houses! Definitely worth the buck if you're willing to spend for a special occasion. We stayed at Aloe Ridge. We didn't need to leave the place as everything that was needed for a self-catering place was available (other than groceries and staple consumables, of course). There is a mall just 8 minutes away, if you do forget to bring something along. But it was just peaceful and so luxurious. From the pool, to the jacuzzi, to the amazing rooms and bathrooms, and lastly the back-up power, which is almost a necessity here in SA at this point. The only thing I would suggest needs to be worked on is maybe just the maintenance of some of the kitchen appliances and other little details (like it smelled a bit musky upon arrival, but it aired out after we opened up some doors and windows) that I would have expected to be better for the price of the stay. But it's definitely not a deal breaker.

We recently spent a weekend at Eden Rock and it was amazing. The Villa Rainbow is beautifully decorated and designed. My family and I felt right at home. The cleanliness was of a high standard and added to the level of comfort. Each bedroom had its own air-conditioning and large beds. The highlight was that we had a generator supplied, so the struggle of loadshedding while on holiday was not an issue. We easily did our laundry after our beach trips. The golf course and beach are literally next door. The security and cleaning staff are highly professional and catered to all our needs. A special thanks to Resa and Lorraine for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be back

The service and entire estate is very nice however we were moved to Umndoni Villa from the posh villa (Aloe Ridge) we had initially wanted as they said jaccuzi was not working in that unit. Only to get to Umndoni Villa and have the same problem of the jacuzzi not heating up. They tried to assist but also failed. The laundry room was smelly as it had wet towels and dirty laundry ( assuming it was from the guest checking out on the day). The inverter and generator is available but does not lasts as long. The fumes from the generator can also be smelled when you in the kitchen which is very dangerous, we had to try and leave the garage and doors open.

Very unprofessional. Cancelled my booking without my consent because they got a customer that will stay longer during that period therefore paying more money. Didn’t even try to provide an alternative booking. Don’t book this place if you actually want a place to stay!

The apartment itself was great and we had no complaints in that regard. However we had some guests come and visit us from out of town, and they were not allowed on the property. We had spoken to the security guard who confirmed they would be allowed in. We went on to prepare for the guests. In the evening when they arrived, the night security did not allow the guests in. We were told to call the person who who assisted us with the booking, and they did not allow the guests to enter the property. This left a sour end to the holiday as we had prepared for these guests, and had to feed them outside the property entrance at night. The fact that the guard confirmed the guests would be allowed in, and then did not communicate this with management should have been dealt with from the property management side. It is really disappointing that they would then make us feed the guests outside the property at night, in the rain. If they would like to have guests return to the property and support them, this is definitely not the way to go.
