Early bird bnb

My wife booked this in advance, paid in full, and called for confirmation. She even called fews day before and on the day of the checkin...and we got there in that ❄️ afternoon and we're told our room was given to someone who wanted to extend their stay. She calls again coz the lady does not stay there. And gets told "well try to organize a place somewhere else". Flipping mad .... long story short, after fighting, spitting fire and waiting for 2 hours, we got our room back. The place in beautiful and the young man who assist there is friendly. But whoever handles Booking logistics must learn to handle her ethics. Apology accepted in advance.

The place is very neat and clean. Staff were friendly and they were willing to assist us in making sure our stay was comfortable. Wifi connection was really good.

Just to sum it up, this place has got a lot of potential. But the workmanship needs a lot of improvement. It's a work in progress.

I didn't know there was such a gem in Nquthu, as I know it as quite a rural area. The place, the stuff and surroundings really impressed me. Definitely booking if there is something that needs me that part of the world
