Dope place and wonderful atmosphere but they scammed us they booked cruise for us and commutation was not good at all. We were given wrong location for boat cruise and we didn’t even reach to the destination. So then we asked them they told us we arrived late while wer wer there’s no sign of boat. We asked for refund she refused. Only to find out that we were not the only ones who were scammed. Kindly book yourself a boat or spa don’t rely on them

I was very happy to be here. Beautiful place, and very helpful staff. My immediate concern upon arrival was whether we were going to manage to get my (pensioner) mom up the stairs, given her physical limitations. However, we eventually managed, and thereafter, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were comfortable, even bringing breakfast down to our room on a daily basis, as mom was unable to climb. This place is the perfect getaway if one wants peace & quiet.

The place was super good,Accomodation was on point the bedrooms sheets were very clean,i like the kitchen part 👌👌the challenge we had is that our H1 is not allowed to enter the estate but at the end apartment owner made plan for us.everything was super cool

A beautiful romantic place to visit with your partner. The caretakers present Mathews and Portia were very friendly and helpful. The Green Bird suit offered a lovely outdoor view that made it seem as if we were one with nature and being a nature lover, a tree lover I really loved that aesthetic. If you are you also visiting the resort in winter it’s good for you know that the suit comes with a cute fireplace and electric blankets to keep the cold away. The suit is also near a communal kitchen where you can cook up something, iron your clothes and warm your food. It’s also near a lovely communal balcony with an amazing view of the dam where you can seat down relax while having a lekker braai.

I really had good time and thanks to the team for making my day extra special. The kitchen i was not happy about it, it needs some cleaning not the one we had breakfast but the one we warmed our food. About the area i think they need to be more specific about what you must expect coz honest it's not friendly for the elders items of how the place is built. But otherwise everything was perfect wouldn't mind going back.

We had a relaxing stay at Scenic Haven Lodge (formerly Willinga Lodge). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable and the island-style vibe was very calming. We especially enjoyed the pool and the views of the dam (when the water wasn't an issue). There was one downside - we did experience some water problems during our stay. It wasn't a major disruption, but it's worth mentioning. Overall, Scenic Haven Lodge is a great option for a getaway close to Johannesburg or Pretoria. The staff and atmosphere are fantastic, and with a little maintenance, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

Most scenic, most beautiful, most amazing place I have ever been to. The view is breathtaking! The staff is absolutely beyond friendly, professional and they made me feel at home. I would most definitely recommend this place.
